Ad Spot Reservations

– All ad space is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may be limited to one business per category per mailing.
– We reserve the right to reject any ad content that we believe is inappropriate, misleading, or not aligned with our program standards.
– Once an ad is submitted and approved, changes may be restricted depending on print deadlines.

Payments and Refunds

– Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.
– All sales are final and non-refundable once your ad spot is paid for unless a campaign is canceled by us.
– If a mailing is delayed or canceled, we will either issue a refund or apply your payment to a future mailing.
–There are no refunds for advertiser delays, failure to submit materials, or failure to approve proofs on time.

Changes or Cancellations

– Ad purchases cannot be canceled after payment has been received, as space is limited and production timelines are tight.
– NOTE: If you experience an emergency and cannot provide ad materials by the deadline, please contact us immediately — we may be able to apply your payment to a future mailing on a case-by-case basis.

User Submissions

– Any information, files, or design content you submit must be owned by you or properly licensed.
– You grant us permission to use submitted content for the purpose of designing, printing, and distributing your ad as part of the postcard campaign.
– Eastern Plains Directory is not liable for any claims arising from copyright or trademark violations related to your ad content.
– We reserve the right to reject ads that are offensive, misleading, or do not align with the community tone of the mailer.

Design & Approval

– You may submit your own ad design using one of our Canva templates, or Eastern Plains Directory will design your ad based on the materials provided.
-You will receive a proof of your ad to approve prior to printing.
-If we do not receive approval or revisions by the stated deadline, we reserve the right to move forward with the most recent version to meet mailing deadlines.

Mail Deliver Disclaimer

– All postcards are delivered via USPS to local mailing routes.
– While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery and accurate address targeting, we cannot guarantee delivery to every household or guarantee a response rate from recipients.

Service Availability

– We do our best to maintain reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or mailing services due to factors beyond our control.
– Mailing timelines and delivery estimates are based on USPS schedules and may vary.

Limitation of Liability

– We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of our website or postcard services.
– We do not guarantee specific marketing results or customer response to your ad, though we aim to support success through quality design and targeting.
